How Key To The City works here: Present your valid, activated and physical golden Key To The City to your server. Most locations require you tap the NFC-chipped Key on a device to authenticate. We’ve trained staff to recognize our Keyholders. Your complimentary, exclusive VIP perk is then given to you. *** All VIP loyalty rewards are unlimited so you can enjoy this perk every time you dine with this partner. Valid Keys to the city from all sister cities (Montreal, etc) are also valid at all Toronto business partners. Just as all valid Toronto Keys can be shown for VIP benefits in all sister cities, as well. Don’t yet have a Key? Get one here before the limited-numbered Keys are sold out.

THE FINE PRINT: VIP perk is exclusive to Keyholders. Lavelle welcomes Keyholders from Toronto and Montreal in VIP style.
1. The benefit of Priority Entry for Keyholders with a reservation is permitted except a few blackout / private event dates and emergency situations which you will be notified immediately. Capacity dependent and entry is at host / managers’ discretion. A small wait should be expected but will be far quicker than the regular line.Dress code still applies. Lavelle reserves the right to refuse entry to Keyholder or their guests. This VIP benefit is for the Keyholder plus 1 guest.
2. Complimentary pool access and towel service for valid Keyholders + a guest when showing the Key to the host and letting them know you’re a Keyholder. No purchase necessary however drinks and snack menus are available for the ultimate enjoyment of your day!
3. Complimentary bottle of Prosecco is given exclusively to Keyholders with every bottle service reservation, in-advance or in-person, with a group of atleast 4 guests or more. Minimum spend of $200 required to receive the complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Dress code still applies. Lavelle reserves the right to refuse entry to Keyholder or their guests. This VIP benefit is for the Keyholder plus 1 guest. This VIP benefit applies to every visit to Lavelle, all year long.
Key must be valid and registered/activated for the year in which the Keyholder is using it. Partner businesses reserve the right to refuse VIP benefits for expired-year and/or non-activated Keys and their corresponding NFC chip codes on the back.
